Chopta - Chandrashilla SummitTrekking

Trek through Indian Switzerland to Highest Hindu Shrine

Chopta-Chandrashila-Trek-2We have a very interesting itinerary for people keen on mountains and adventure. This region of the Garhwal Himalaya has some of the highest mountains of the world, viz. Nandadevi, Shivling, Bhagirathi etc. It also has some very inviting valleys and meadows interspersed with many sparkling rivers and lakes at altitudes between 5000 - 12000 ft which are easily accessible by the ordinary but energetic person of any age, who loves to trek/ride a pony. At most spots of scenic beauty tented camps may be set up easily, and our experienced staff shall provide hot and tasty meals. This trek combines scaling and trekking along a route rich in flora and fauna, lakes and meadows full of fresh snow in the winter. The scenic beauty on the trails is unbelievably beautiful. The grassy slopes when covered with snow make an ideal ski course and provide a lot of fun.
